Teyana Taylor just got *so* real about “having it all” and we love her even more (if that’s possible)
We probably don’t even need to tell you that WE LOVE TEYANA TAYLOR. She just embodies everything good, she oozes cool, and she’s on her way to becoming such a *major* icon. While mom, singer, and dancer Teyana Taylor had already made a name to herself prior to her being featured in Kanye’s “Fade” video, it seriously launched her even further into stardom. And, she said in a recent interview with PAPER, the video came at just the right time.

She. Is. Perfect. We have no other words. PERFECT.
And she became even more of a fave, because she just proved that she’s a total badass who doesn’t take any crap from anyone. We’re seriously cheering her on right now, and will be forevermore.
"It was more than just dancing in a sports bra and a thong."
She explained that, for her, dancing in Kanye’s video was proof that she can have it all.
"You can be superwoman. You can have it all, that balance in your relationship, your family and your career. It's the opposite of the cliché that says kids will slow you or your career down."
Life hasn’t been easy for Taylor, but she believes that’s a part of her newfound success.
"Being signed to his label for four years, and Kanye being like a big brother to me, he's seen everything that I've been through. He was like, 'It's so dope because y'all so young and y'all fresh, but then y'all got the baby and the championship.'"
She explained,
"I think that gave him the idea of wanting to see us all in the video together."
And we’re so freakin’ happy they did do the video together! Time to go watch it again. And again.
