There is literally no better way to start your Friday than by listening to Hailee Steinfeld’s debut single, “Love Myself.” Is it too late to declare the song of the summer? Because I found it.

Dropping a day earlier than expected, “Love Myself” is your newest girl power anthem. It’s what you should listen to when you put on your make up, it’s what you should hum when you’re walking down the street, it’s what you should sing in the face of anyone who tries to tell you you’re not perfect the way you are.

The lyrics are simple, with dance-y beat that would make bestie Taylor Swift proud:

If this awesome voice sounds familiar, that’s probably because you heard Hailee Steinfeld rock the stage in Pitch Perfect 2 with “Flashlight.” At 18 years old, she can already check “movie star” off her list, with her work in movies like Romeo & Juliet, Ender’s Game and Begin Again and an Oscar nom for her role in True Grit.

Next up: Musical superstar. This is the first single to drop from her upcoming LP with Republic Records, who signed her earlier this year. If “Love Myself” is any indication, we can be sure to expect more inspiring and catchy music to come. Take a listen to “Love Myself” below!
