Taylor Swift’s next single is….

Now, I don’t know about you, but after I listened to Taylor Swift’s latest mega-hit album, 1989, I was hit by a pretty amazing realization: Almost every single song on the album had strong single potential. 1989 is the kind of start-to-finish, radio-ready pop album that doesn’t come along very often. As a result, I started a little game with myself called “guess the order of the 1989 singles.” After “Shake It Off,” “Blank Space” was the obvious contender for the second spot. Radio stations started playing it the day the album was released — not even waiting for it to drop as an official single. After that, “Style” was clearly set to be the third release. It was an instant-earworm, even just in the short clip in the Target ads for the 1989 deluxe edition.

But after those three, I’ll admit, I was a little stumped. Would Taylor take it down a sultry notch and release “Wildest Dreams” next? Would Diet Coke have its day made with an official release for the bubblegum pop of “How You Get the Girl”? Would she pull a semi-shocker and release the bonus-track-that-should-have-been-main-album “New Romantics”? I found myself unable to predict.

Now, though, it looks like we have our answer. Taylor is premiering the official music video for her banging BFF breakup anthem “Bad Blood” at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards on Sunday, May 17. She even released a poster for the video this morning, and it looks like an epic, Quentin Tarantino-esque action movie.

Tay is starring in the video as “Catastrophe,” and it even has a movie tagline (a fan favorite lyric from the song — “band-aids don’t fix bullet holes”). Taylor looks fierce and if this were an actual movie, I would already have purchased my ticket to the midnight screening.

Yes. Yes to all of this.
