Taylor Swift is giving us ’70s permed realness in these promo images for “Reputation”
Taylor Swift mania is upon us. Swift released her latest single “Look What You Made Me Do” last night. She seemingly ascended the pop throne as the ~snake charmer.~ She overhauled her image and her social media presence and has ushered in the era of the ~dark~ Swift. The promo images truly highlight Swift’s new image, rebrand, and most notably THAT HAIR.
Swift has clearly gone for an ~edgier~ vibe — click through that last gallery for this image.
’70s perm vibes!

Not surprisingly, fans pointed this out immediately.
In the new single, “Look What You Made Me Do,” Taylor includes a spoken word interlude when she says, “The old Taylor can’t come to the phone right now. Why? ‘Cause she’s dead.”
Well, if her hair is any indication, not so dead after all.
