This Taylor Swift/Nick Jonas duet has us fangirling

Taylor Swift is raising the “epic concert” bar so incredibly high. She’s already pulled her famous besties onstage with her during shows in in London and New York, and last night Nick Jonas not only made a cameo, he sang a duet with Taylor. Yes, a duet. This is not a drill.

According to TeenVogue, who watched the concert IRL, Nick “brought down the house with a performance of ‘Jealous,’” which is totally appropriate because I am pretty jealous of everyone who witnessed it.

Whoa, better than Tay’s strutting at the Victoria Secret Show? That’s a serious comparison, but I believe it. When Taylor shared a photo of the duet, she captioned it, “Last night the incredible @nickjonas sang ‘Jealous’ and 60,000 people sang it with us/screamed uncontrollably.” Make that 60,001 people screamed uncontrollably.

Taylor and Nick have been friends since 2007 when she dated his brother, Joe. That’s a long friendship – they (and their careers) have grown up so much since then. So precious! Funny enough, Joe also attended the 1989 show with his current girlfriend (and Swift Squad member) Gigi Hadid. Sounds like more proof that “Blank Space” was definitely a parody. Taylor and Joe are obviously cool.
In case the audience didn’t have enough heart attacks during her duet with Nick, Taylor brought up her league of super friends to dance with her onstage during “Style.” Uzo Aduba, aka Crazy Eyes Orange is the New Black, Lily Aldridge, Martha Hunt, Gigi Hadid, Karlie Kloss, Behati Prinsloo, and Candice Swanepoel swanned down the runway, because — like I said — Taylor is raising the “epic concert” bar impossibly high. Fangirl level: 100.

Now, please excuse me while I take a photoshop tutorial so I can put myself in this pic and send it out as my Christmas card. Happy Monday, Swifties!
