This kid got the perfect impromptu Insta with Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris

Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris already proved to us that they’re the actual cutest — like when they had a snow-filled day building a snowman over the holidays. So when one kid saw them at dinner — probably being all cute, as per usual — he understandably couldn’t resist going for the perfect photo-op.

According to People, the couple was spending a romantic evening at Giorgio Baldi Italian restaurant in Santa Monica, California last night when a young fan, Instagram user @rickywselby, approached them. We don’t know exactly what happened, but somehow, he ended up sitting at their table and getting a snapshot with them, and it’s pretty perfect, TBH.

“Awesome dinner with mom and dad,” the teen wrote in the caption.

Of course, mega-famous people get approached all the time, and it’s understandable to brush off fans every now and then to get some private time, but Taylor and Calvin were totally chill about this fan interrupting their date night, the kid explained on Instagram. “[Taylor] is sooo nice,” he wrote in the comments on the pic.

Just another thing to add to the ever-growing list of Taylor’s fabulous interactions with her fans. Can we interrupt date night next time?
