Taylor Swift looked like a gorgeous vintage pin-up model as a bridesmaid in her BFF’s wedding
Taylor Swift’s squad of famous friends has been in the headlines for years now, but Swift has an entire group of friends who are not in the public eye, and they seem to be just as important to her. On Saturday, one of Swift’s high school BFFs got married, and Swift was a beautiful bridesmaid in burgundy.
This isn’t the first time Swift has been involved in one of her non-famous friend’s weddings. In February 2016, Swift was maid of honor at her childhood bestie’s wedding, and she seemed to perform her important MOH duties perfectly, of course. So when her fans found out that Abigail Anderson, who is named in Swift’s song “Fifteen” and tied the knot this weekend, got engaged last summer, they were buzzing with glee for their idol’s BFF’s exciting news — and also eagerly anticipating another Swift wedding appearance.
To fans (and our!) delight, photos from Anderson’s wedding show Swift looking amazing — and being helpful to the bride. Click through the see photos.

What an amazing bridesmaid look!
Because Anderson is such an important person in Swift’s life, People reports that Swift’s fans showed up at the church in Martha’s Vineyard in hopes of seeing the pop superstar. Of course, they’re also very supportive of Abigail, and many Swifties commented on one of her pre-wedding photos of herself wearing a veil, offering congratulations.

Instagram user itslovetaylor wrote, “Congrats babe❤❤❤❤ I wish so much happiness for you.❤❤❤,” while taylorswilt13 said, “Congratulations honey wish you joy and happiness in your married life ???.”
Swift obviously has the sweetest fan base.
Anderson looked perfect in a champagne-colored gown, while Swift wore a burgundy gown with a sweetheart neckline. She paired it with matching deep red lips and a loose, curly hairstyle, giving us vintage pin-up vibes.

From all the wedding photos we’ve seen so far, it sure does seem like the 27-year-old singer is a great friend, and we know that’s something she takes pride in. According to People, at her friend Britany Maack’s wedding, Swift remarked upon the importance of long-lasting friendships:
“My favorite accomplishment of my entire life is that everything in my life has changed, except for me and Britany,” Swift said.
Aw, Taylor!
Congratulations to Abigail and her new husband, Matt!
