Tatcha’s new moisturizer is inspired by its beloved face mist

One of Tatcha Beauty’s best-selling, most beloved products, the Luminous Dewy Skin Mist, officially has a sister product. The new addition to the lineup, Dewy Skin Cream ($68), was actually announced by Mario Dedivanovic on stage at his Master Class with Kim Kardashian-West in February, when the makeup artist stated that shimmer-free and naturally dewy skin is on trend right now, and that a rich cream is his preferred base for pre-makeup application.

Featuring a blend of hyaluronic acid and natural botanical abstracts and Japanese Purple Rice, Tatcha’s Dewy Skin Cream is essentially a thicker, creamy version of the cult fave mist, making it a great base before applying your makeup.

The Dewy Skin Cream is available starting today, March 1st.

In an interview with BAZAAR.com, Dedivanovic said, “Using an emollient creme as a base for makeup is key for allowing a smoother application. It also helps with the texture of powder, making it appear more natural. ” Another cool thing? For every Dewy Skin Cream sold, a day of school is donated the Room To Read girls’ education program. Since 2014, Tatcha has donated over 2.5 million days of school to the program.

The Dewy Skin Cream joins Tatcha’s illustrious lineup of moisturizers, such as the Silk Cream, the Indigo Cream, and the Water Gel Cream, which frequently sold out at Sephora when it first launched in 2017.

So, if you want to take a cue from Kim Kardashian-West’s go-to makeup artist, Dewy Skin Cream might be the perfect addition to your skin care routine.
