Tarte could be coming out with a foundation inspired by their famous Shape Tape concealers, and we couldn’t be more stoked
You know that we’re little beauty sleuths over here — constantly combing the internet for possible signs that our favorite brands will be releasing new products that we simply must have. Well, it looks like we spotted a possible clue in the wild today when Tarte hinted that they may be coming out with a foundation inspired by their famous Shape Tape concealer! We were already absolutely thrilled when they restocked and expanded the shade range, so this possible news is NEXT LEVEL.
Tarte’s Shape Tape concealer has reached cult status for it’s creamy, hydrating consistency and long-lasting formula that makes it perfect for contouring. The fact that it’s vegan is just the cherry on top! If they came out with a foundation that was inspired by this formula, it could quite possibly break the beauty internet.

Vlogger Kathleen Lights is among the many Shape Tape fans, and we don’t see why Tarte would give such a leading answer to her question if they weren’t cooking up something in their labs! We are ready and willing to give them our money if they make this happen.
It seems like it would be a natural next step for Tarte, given the concealer’s popularity and versatility. We can only imagine how divine a foundation made to go with this concealer would look. They’d have to shut down the streets and hold a parade so we can show the world what truly beautiful makeup looks like.
