Taco ice cream exists, and it’s like our favorite dinner and dessert had a lovechild

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream, as they say. But what else do we scream about — especially on Tuesdays? TACOS. And now, our wildest dreams have come true because our favorite frozen treat and our favorite dinner staple have a lovechild. Taco ice cream is a reality, thanks to Sweet Cup, a Garden Grove, California-based shop that’s selling our new favorite summer sweet.

The coolest part is that the taco ice cream is rolled, not scooped, so you’re really getting a unique experience when you hit up this shop.

The rolled ice cream is served in a taco-shaped cone — which is a genius invention if we do say so ourselves — and then decorated with confections like edible gold, chocolate syrup, sprinkles, and other delights. Since the ice cream is layered with different flavors and then rolled, each bite is different, promising each lucky customer a new flavor experience.

Although we could eat these fancy choco tacos all week long, they’re only served one day of the week: Taco Tuesdays.

Considering that Sweet Cup was almost a boba shop, we’re just happy we get to dream about these tacos (yes, even if it’s only for one day a week). With flavors like s’mores, strawberry shortcake, and the cult classic matcha, these are next-level ice cream tacos that will make you feel like a kid in a candy shop.

If you’re craving one of these taco treats, then get to Sweet Cup early on Tuesday because supplies are limited. This is a dessert you will not want to miss.
