Good things come in threes, and these goat cheese rolls are no exception: tart, savory, and sweet. If you wanna look like you have your ish together with minimal effort, serve these babies at your next backyard cocktail hangout or book club. Because nothing says #adulting more than goat cheese rolled in fancy things like dried cherries. Include tiny cheese knife for maximum effect.

Cherry Log

Ingredients:

1 goat cheese log
1 cup dried cherries

Directions:

Chop cherries in food processor or by hand. Spread chopped cherries out across plastic wrap and place goat cheese log on one end. Roll the log across the cherries, lightly pressing to adhere.

Walnut Log

Ingredients:

1 goat cheese log
1 cup walnuts
Cinnamon

Directions:

Chop walnuts in food processor or by hand. Spread chopped walnuts out across plastic wrap and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon (approx. 1 tsp). Place goat cheese log on one end. Roll the log across the mixture, lightly pressing to adhere.

Basil Arugula Log

Ingredients:

1 goat cheese log
5 basil leaves
1/2 cup arugula
1 tsp orange zest

Directions:

Add basil, arugula and zest to food processor. Blend. Spread mixture across plastic wrap and place goat cheese log on one end. Roll the log across, lightly pressing to adhere.
