Sustainable sneaker brand Allbirds came out with new styles, and your feet will thank you
Slip into something more sustainable this summer, with the latest styles from the San Francisco-based and eco-friendly shoe brand Allbirds.
Allbirds uses premium natural materials to make their super-comfy sneakers. The main component of each pair is the country’s abundant resource of superfine merino wool. Sustainably-harvested wool from New Zealand minimizes odor and moisture and regulates temperature for a pleasurable wearing experience in any climate or season.
Allbirds are built for adventures, both urban and wilderness. The latest style joins their classic runners for a more lounge-worthy alternative. Fans of Vans, Toms, and Keds will dig these slip-ons. Depending on how you style them, they’ll work with a hippie ensemble, normcore look, or even paired with designer duds.
Check out the kicks in action:
New Zealand native, Tim Brown, who wisely didn’t name his company “Tims” (which would be confusing in a world of Toms and Timbs) and business partner Joey Zwillinger want your feet to be completely satisfied. You can try a pair for 30 days, and if you’re not happy, you can return them for a refund with no questions asked.
These blue ‘birds are flying high!
The loungers retail for $95 a pair and are available in black, gray, and a few other limited-edition colors.
Gray is an excellent summer neutral for the bright-phobic.
These bad boys are even machine-washable!
Health goths need ice cream, too.
Match your shoes to your treats, even if you’re a mistress of the dark.
