The teaser for Meghan Markle’s final season on “Suits” is all about Rachel’s wedding, because sometimes art imitates life

Guys, the royal wedding is only weeks away, and as exciting as that is, it also means that the duchess-to-be’s final episodes on Suits are near as well. But thankfully, we have a new teaser that’s getting us so excited. And yes, that Suits teaser is all about Meghan Markle’s goodbye and her character, Rachel, getting the wedding she deserves.

Now that she’s getting ready to marry Prince Harry — May 19th is so close! — Markle is saying goodbye to acting and making some other changes. As Us Weekly reported, Markle will be focusing on charitable causes and helping others. “I’ve been working on my show seven years, we were so fortunate to have that longevity, and I feel like I checked that box and am very proud of the work I’ve done there,” she said.

But before then, we’ll get to see more from Markle on Suits in the back half of Season 7. Also exciting? Suits has released a new teaser for its March 28th return — and it’s all about Rachel and her romantic interest, Mike, who seem beyond happy together.

Obviously, it’s kind of sad that Markle’s run on Suitsis coming to an end, as well as her acting career in general.

Nevertheless, based on Markle’s previous civic engagement roles, it’s clear that her acting career coming to an end isn’t the worst thing in the world. After all, she and Prince Harry aren’t even married yet and she’s already empowering women and taking a stance. “Women don’t need to find a voice,” she said at the Royal Foundation Forum last month. “They have a voice. They need to feel empowered to use it, and people need to be encouraged to listen.”

Meghan Markle’s final episodes on Suits might be sad to her fans, but we’re still so happy about her new adventures.
