Storybook’s rainbow-colored “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” palette launches tomorrow
If ever there was a story that was a sumptuous feast for the senses, it’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory — and we can’t think of a more delightful source of inspiration for a makeup product. Lucky for us, the Storybook Cosmetics Charlie and the Chocolate Factory palette is dropping this week, so it’ll be vibrant shades galore before you know it.
The Storybook Cosmetics’ Charlie and the Chocolate Factory palette will be available Friday, September 15th at 2 p.m. CST for $55.
This is a limited-edition product, so you’re going to want to jump on it.
From what we can tell, the palette will feature a number of brightly-hued, rich shades in a variety of finishes. Judging from the sneak peeks we have gotten, it perfectly captures the aesthetic of the original film. Those yellow and greens are to-die-for. And can we talk about that royal purple? It’s the most pigmented, gorgeous shade we have seen in a long time.
We have a feeling some of these shades will translate beautifully as blushes and eyeliners as well.
We’ll be ready come Friday, September 15th. ‘Til then, we’ll just have to satisfy our cravings with some candy — just as Willy Wonka would want.
