Watch this video of Stevie Wonder doing Carpool Karaoke with James Corden, because it’s perfect

I don’t have a list of “Top 10 Things I Don’t Think Will Ever Happen.” Mostly because I didn’t just think of doing it until now, and also my prediction skills are obviously rusty.  Because somewhere at the top of that list, right next to “Grumpy Cat becoming the President of the United States,” would be “Stevie Wonder and James Corden singing in a car together.”

But alas, a dream I didn’t even know I had came true Monday night on The Late Late Show with James Corden when these two teamed up for Carpool Karaoke, a segment whose past participants have included the likes of Mariah Carey, Iggy Azalea, Justin Bieber, Jennifer Hudson, and more. The songs in Corden and Wonder’s repertoire included “Superstition,” “Sir Duke,” “For Once in My Life,” and “Signed, Sealed, Delivered I’m Yours” (my personal favorite). At one point, Wonder even suggests forming a new music group with Corden called The Wondercats – and maybe pokes fun of Corden’s British accent a tiny bit, too. But he can do that, because he’s Stevie Freaking Wonder and he can do anything.
