Stephenie Meyer has a new book coming out and it’s NOT about vampires
The good news: Stephenie Meyer is coming out with a new book! The bad news, at least for Twilight fans? It doesn’t involve any sexy, brooding vampires.
The new book is a spy thriller called The Chemist. Bella and Edward don’t make an appearance this time around; instead, Stephenie says the book was inspired by her love for a sexy, brooding human: Jason Bourne, and we are SO HERE FOR THAT.
Here’s what she had to say about her latest literary creation:
Yep, definitely sign us up for a pre-order on this one. The Chemist is Stephenie’s first adult thriller since 2008’s The Host, which obvi was a bestseller, as we’re sure The Chemist will be too. It will be released November 15th.
Until then, we’ll be re-reading Twilight with Bourne movies on in the background to prepare ourselves.
