We now know who’s starring in the new ‘Rocky Horror Picture Show’

We are such fans of this new trend of adapting classic musicals into modern TV spectaculars. From NBC’s The Wiz to the FOX’s upcoming Grease: Live, our inner (and outer) theater nerds couldn’t be more excited. But wait! As it turns out, that’s not all FOX has up their sleeves. They’re also adapting The Rocky Horror Picture Show into a two-hour event, and they just announced some of the stars.

The iconic role of Janet Weiss will be played by our favorite singer and actress, Victoria Justice. She’ll be joined by Ryan McCartan of Liv & Maddie as he takes on the role of Brad Majors. That’s one heck of a duo.

The list just gets better. Orange Is The New Black‘s Laverne Cox will be playing Dr. Frank-N-Furter, and Staz Nair and Reeve Carney will be playing Rocky and Riff Raff, respectively.

This is an amazing cast and we can’t wait to find out who else will be joining the team to create what sounds like one of the best TV events of 2016. Look out for these stars in action when the special airs this fall!
