Starbucks’ red holiday cups are coming with a bonkers deal, so get ready
It’s not the holiday season until the most popularcoffee chain in the world deems it so. Which is why it’s good news that Starbucks’ red holiday cups and drinks are arriving November 10th! (That’s six days away but we’re not counting or anything.) But the even better news? From Nov. 10th to Nov. 14th, all of these Starbucks holiday drinks will be buy one, get one free (aka, BOGO). It’s like a gift from Kris Kringle himself!
With such a deal, comes some limitations. You can only get a cup of free caffeinated deliciousness between the hours of 2 p.m. and 5 p.m on those days. But considering the event runs from Thursday through Sunday, we hope everyone can find some time in their schedule for this joyous occasion.
When you purchase a Chestnut Praline Latte, Peppermint Mocha, Skinny Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Gingerbread Latte, Eggnog Latte, Teavana Joy Brewed Tea, or the new Spiced Sweet Cream Nariño 70 Cold Brew, you get one free drink of equal or lesser value.
Starbucks says the extra drink is for you to share — channeling the Christmas spirit and all — but we won’t tell if you decide to drink both of them.
This isn’t the first time that Starbucks has done this Share Event, as it was offered in 2015 as well. Still, we find it to be very generous of the coffee conglomerate to give away free coffee again — especially after the backlash they faced for their newly designed red cups last year, which were considered not “Christmas-y” enough by some customers.
