Starbucks just blessed us with the Christmas Tree Frappuccino — but it’s only around for a few days
‘Tis the season to try out a cool new holiday drink. Starbucks just released the Christmas Tree Frappuccino, but it won’t stick around for the whole season.
The drink will be available today, December 7th, and will disappear by Monday, December 11th — or, while supplies last. That means you might want to rush out to Starbucks ASAP (which you were probably about to do anyway) in order to give it a shot.
So why is it called a Christmas Tree Frappuccino? Well, because it somewhat resembles a tree. According to the Starbucks website, the drink is a peppermint and mocha blend “topped with a festive tree made of matcha-infused whipped cream, a caramel drizzle and candied cranberries finished off with a strawberry tree ‘topper’” — so, it’s obvious that a lot of thought went into its creation. We’re not going to sugarcoat it (pun intended) — this holiday drink sounds delicious.
Today already gave the Christmas Tree Frappuccino a shot and said that it’s a win for fans of Thin Mints. Since peppermint is a taste we associate with cold winter months, we think it’s going to be a great treat to have after a long day finishing off the last of our holiday shopping.

Frappuccino fans have already weighed in on their excitement — and some even posted mini-reviews on Twitter.
You guys, Starbucks has a special #ChristmasTreeFrappuccino and it’s chocolate/peppermint with green whipped cream, caramel drizzle and candy cane sprinkles.
Don’t tell me how bad it is for me, just LET ME HAVE THIS.

All in all, the Christmas Tree Frappuccino definitely looks like a drink worth trying. The most dangerous thing about it (apart from the sugar overload) is possibly falling in love, as we already know it’s only going to be available for a few short days.
