Want to train like a Jedi? This ‘Star Wars’ workout lets you, lightsabers included.

Now that you’ve seen Star Wars: The Force Awakens, there’s probably one thought on your mind: “How do I become a Jedi?”

Well, the bad news is that you can’t. However, the good news is that you can still train like one, thanks to a brand new workout class, “Awaken Your Inner Force.”

Run by the Sports Club Network — with locations in the Boston, New York City, Philidelphia and Washington areas — you can take part in a 45-minute circuit training class that will have you sweating like you’re running across the sands of Jakku. The class combines weights, cardiovascular movements, and martial arts. Oh, and a lightsaber. Don’t forget about the lightsaber. Those are provided for you, so no need to bring your own.

According to Boston Magazine, who participated in a class, you’ll do drills like, “kicking out the Dark Side” and “Darth Vader push-ups.” They also say that it’s hard, but hey, so is defeating the Sith First Order, you know?

The best part about this class is its price: FREE! Even better, it is open to members of the Sports Club, and also non-members, too. The class will run all through the month of January, and depending on where you’re located, the classes vary by date and time. But if you’re a Star Wars fan, and you’d much rather wave a lightsaber around in the air than run on a treadmill, this is your chance.
