Because you deserve it today, here’s a video of “Star Wars” characters singing Hanson’s “MMMBop”
It’s officially release week for Star Wars: The Last Jedi, and we can barely contain ourselves. Fortunately, we’re not alone! The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon edited Star Wars characters from *all* the films singing “MMMBop” by Hanson, and — not exaggerating — it’s perfect.
Seriously, you have to watch this video of Star Wars faves singing the Hanson ’90s classic.
Honestly, even a tiny amount of Star Wars characters singing “MmmBop” is exactly what fans need today. Reviews of The Last Jedi are starting to pour in, but most people won’t be able to see it until December 15th, which is the official release date.
And it’s *such* a relief to be able to enjoy new Star Wars gems without the risk of running into spoilers. Even if it is at the expense of getting “MMMBop” stuck in your head! Not that that’s really a problem.

It’s like all the best parts of your childhood, smushed into an incredible 30 seconds. Also, pay extra attention to where the “Yeah, yeah” comes from. It’s hilarious.
Even icons like the wise AF Yoda can’t help us make sense of the lyrics.
All these years later, and we’re still frantically trying to look up the lyrics online. What are the Hanson brothers saying? Is there a secret message encoded in the pop smash? Is there a chance they’ll make a response video, where Hanson edits music videos together to make it look like they’re reciting lines from Star Wars? Hopefully.
The Last Jedi zooms into theaters this Friday, December 15th. One warning, though: You will not get “MMMBop” out of your head before then.
