There was a Spice Girls reunion and we have the Instagram to prove it

If you really need something to spice up your life, look no further than Instagram, where you can get the most lovely dose of ’90s nostalgia. Yep, there was a Spice Girls reunion, and there’s a selfie — or, rather, an “usie” — to prove it.

Gerri Halliwell, Emma Bunton, and Mel B. — AKA Ginger, Baby, and Scary — recently were spending some time together. We can only hope it was a decision to get back together and gift us another album, but hey, a girl can dream, right? Maybe Posh and Sporty met up with them later, you never know.

Geri recently posted an Insta of the event with the caption, “With these lovely ladies.”

Teasing us in the worst way. After all, there have been rumors of a possible reunion tour since August, when Mel B. went on the Today show and said, “Hopefully we’ll gather the troops around, and get to do something next year.” She also said that the plans are her idea, and she doesn’t know about anyone else’s. . . perhaps she was proposing the idea? (While we’re dreaming, we’re also imagining her proposing a reunion by using the lyrics of “Wannabe,” because why not?)
