Since it is the final (or the first, depending on how you look at it) holiday of the year, sparkling cocktails are the most festive way to go, especially since everyone loves a little bubbly.
Just because you’ve decided to skip the expensive night out in a crowded restaurant or bar with a slightly overpriced prix fixe menu, doesn’t mean you should miss out on a fun sparkling cocktail. Whether you’re splurging with fancy champagne or opting to use those bottles of prosecco you’ve kept chilling in your fridge all holiday season, there are so many exciting cocktails you can make to amp up your at-home New Year’s Eve festivities.

Sparks Fly
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce Grey Goose vodka
- ½ ounce St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- ¼ ounce lemon juice
- 2 ounces champagne
Method: Fill a cocktail shaker filled with ice and add Grey Goose, St Germain, and lemon juice. Shake well and strain into a champagne glass. Top with chilled champagne and garnish with edible flowers.

Rum Resolution
Makes 1 cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce SelvaRey White Rum
- .5 ounce fresh lime juice
- .5 ounce honey syrup (recipe below)
- Champagne to top

D’USSE Champagne Sparkler
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce D’USSÉ VSOP Cognac
- 1 sugar cube
- 3 dashes of bitters
- Top with sparkling wine of your choice
Method: Add D’USSÉ, sugar cube, and bitters into a champagne flute. Top with chilled bubbles.

BACARDI Old Cuban
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Bacardi Reserva Ocho Rum
- 2.5 ounces Martini & Rossi® Prosecco
- 4 mint leaves
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 2 dashes of bitters
Method: Combine all the ingredients (except Prosecco) in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Double strain, and top with Prosecco. Garnish with a mint leaf float.

Midnight Hour
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces Zacapa No.23 Rum
- .5 ounce Fino Sherry
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 1 dash of Amaro
- Top with Champagne
Method: Shake and double strain into a coupe glass. Top with champagne of choice. Flavor blast with citrus smoke (if you’re super fancy, or just express a lime peel over the cocktails) and serve.

Grand Punch
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
- .75 ounce lemon juice
- .25 ounce cinnamon syrup (recipe below)
- 2 ounces sparkling wine
- 1 dash of aromatic bitters
- Garnish with an orange slice and 3 cloves
Method: For cinnamon syrup, bring to a boil 2 cups of white sugar and 2 cups of water with 3 cinnamon sticks. Allow to cool before using. Shake all the ingredients and top with sparkling wine in a double old fashioned glass with a large cube of ice.

Rose Americano
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
- .5 ounce Campari
- .5 ounce Nonino Aperitivo
- 1 ounce sweet red vermouth
- 2 ounces soda
- 2 ounces sparkling rose

Persephone’s New Year Wish
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce pomegranate liqueur
- 1 ounce vodka
- Bubbles of your choice
- Lemon twist, pomegranate arils & gold glitter sugar rim as garnish
Method: Garnish the rim of a champagne flute with gold sprinkles. Add pomegranate liqueur and vodka to a champagne flute, then top off with Prosecco or Champagne. Add pomegranate arils and a lemon twist for garnish. Rim with gold glitter sugar.

Mimosana
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce E11EVEN Vodka
- .25 ounce St Germain
- .5 ounce honey syrup
- .25 ounce lime juice
- 1 ounce clementine juice
- 3 ounces sparkling wine
- Orange spiral for garnish
Method: Combine all ingredients minus the sparkling wine in a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a champagne flute without ice and top off with sparkling wine. Garnish and enjoy.

Fireside Delight
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce white crème de cacao
- 1 ounce chocolate vodka
- 2 ounces Rosa Regale Sparkling Red
Method: Shake over ice, strain into a glass rimmed with chocolate sauce and dipped in cacao nibs. Top with Rosa Regale Sparkling Red.

Passion Fruit Martini
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce Finlandia Vodka
- .25 ounce lime juice
- Touch of simple syrup
- 1 ounce passion fruit puree
- .75 ounce Prosecco
Method: Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain in chilled martini glass.

Chambord Royale
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 4 ounces of your favorite Prosecco/Champagne/Cava
- 1 ounce Chambord
- Sugar and berries for garnish
Method: Use citrus juice to line champagne glass rim and dip in sugar crystals, add bubbles to glass, and top with Chambord. Garnish with berries.

Ingredients:
- 3 ounces LaCroix Peach-Pear Sparkling Water
- 1 ounces orange juice
- ½ ounce agave
