Sophie Turner could use Sansa Stark’s help in the first teaser trailer for her new show, Survive
The Queen in the North has another treacherous winterscape to endure. The first trailer for Sophie Turner’s new Quibi series, Survive, has dropped, and it sure looks like Turner’s new character could use some of Sansa Stark‘s skills. In Survive, the Game of Thrones actress must fight to survive after a plane crash leaves her and another passenger stranded in a remote, winter wilderness.
“This is me, the truly screwed,” Turner’s character Jane says in the opening seconds of the teaser trailer.
The teaser quickly flashes back to before the plane crash, and Jane appears to be leaving a drug rehabilitation program to fly home. At the airport, she meets Paul, played by Straight Outta Compton star Corey Hawkins. We don’t know much more about Paul, except that he sits next to Jane on the plane, and he is the only other survivor of the crash.
After the trailer shows the plane going down on a mountaintop, we see Paul and Jane working together to emerge from the rubble and find their way down the mountain. “We’re here together,” Paul says. “I have one rule: Survive.”
The entire teaser trailer is under 50 seconds, and we’re still so stoked for the Quibi show. Watch the entire thing below.

Turner has previously spoken out about being honored to play the “complex character” of Jane in Survive.
"I couldn’t be more honored to portray the role of Jane in Survive for Quibi," Turner said, according to Deadline. "She’s a complex character fighting against the odds to not only save her life, but to also find her own source of strength and courage. I only hope this can impact anyone struggling with self-worth to understand they are braver than they know and to seek the support they need."
Survive premieres in April 2020 on Quibi, the upcoming “quick bite” streaming service founded by Jeffrey Katzenberg. All Quibi shows—including Demi Lovato’s new talk show and the How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days reboot—will be designed to be streamed on mobile devices. Each episode of the shows will only last between seven and 10 minutes, creating two- or three-hour full seasons.
However, we’re grateful for any time we can get of Sophie Turner’s return to our TV-watching lives.
