This unexpected celebrity guest may have just revealed Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas’s Paris wedding date
After the two were legally wed on May 1st in an impromptu Las Vegas wedding, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner assured their friends and family that a more traditional wedding was going to take place later this year in Paris. Well, the two are officially in Paris, as are in-laws Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra, so something is obviously happening sooner than later. How soon, exactly? According to Dr. Phil (of all people!), we’re mere days away from the Jonas-Turner French connection. Thanks for spilling the GD tea, Dr. Phil.
On June 23rd, both Turner and Jonas shared a photo on Instagram of them being cutesy and coupley with the Eiffel Tower in the background. They even captioned their photos the same—a French flag and “me” with a smirk-face emoji. Yeah, we know. #CoupleGoals.
Then, without warning, Dr. Phil logged on and commented on Turner’s post, “Easy now! 1 week to go! Ha! See you at the wedding!”
Um, pardon? Who gave Dr. Phil the okay to completely spoil the surprise?
Turner and Jonas probably read that comment and were like:
However, judging by the recent Paris uploads from the Jonas family, Dr. Phil’s comment doesn’t seem to be harshing anyone’s mellow.
If everyone’s in Paris, it’s clear that the wedding is just around the corner. Meaning Dr. Phil’s comment isn’t that scandalous…we guess.
So, it looks like Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are getting married next weekend—either Saturday, June 29th, or Sunday, June 3oth. Dr. Phil will seemingly be there (unless he was just uninvited), and if he’s anything like our grandma, he’ll upload 200 blurry photos of the event to Facebook and caption each one, “A lot of fun.”
