Watch SNL’s Kate McKinnon and Chris Hemsworth try to pull off the ‘Dirty Dancing’ lift

Does anyone else look very forward to new SNL promos? They seem to get better by the week.

This week’s upcoming host Chris Hemsworth was joined by Kate McKinnon in a quick promo for the show and it’s pure ’80s movie joy. In it, they try a disastrous attempt at the iconic lift from Dirty Dancing. The Thor star was a contestant on Australia’s So You Think You Can Dance, but it seems this move was not one that got much practice. Wait for it at second 22. It’s worth it.
