SNL and Kristen Stewart finally fixed that plot hole in “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory”
Everyone has been talking about Kristen Stewart’s appearance on Saturday Night Live, and for good reason. The Personal Shopper star started strong with a few jokes about President Trump, and then delivered some pretty awesome skits.
One of our favorites would certainly have to be the “Golden Ticket” skit, inspired by the classic movie Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. In it, the cast addressed the age old question that most of us have had on our minds for years.
Charlie, played by Kristen Stewart, wants to know why his grandpa, played by Pete Davidson, lied about not being able to walk all this time!

"Wait. What? You can stand?" Charlie inquires. "Are you serious right now?"
Questions that need answers, for sure.
It’s a little too convenient for Charlie’s grandpa to flex his walking chops as soon as a trip to the chocolate factory is on the line. And we’re so happy the cast of SNL decided to throw in this plot twist!
"Grandpa, you've been able to stand this entire time, and you just didn't?" Charlie asks. "Well, I thought you had terrible polio!"
Exactly, Charlie! Exactly.
No golden ticket for you, Grandpa. You’ll have to find another free ride somewhere else.
