Someone created a compilation of “SNL” actors breaking character and it’s amazing as it sounds
As great as it is to watch a perfectly executed SNL skit, there is something so charming and delightful about our favorite comedy actors breaking character and giggling at each other’s lines. It’s always great to catch these character breaks when they happen live, but it’s super hilarious to watch them happen all in a row.
Luckily for us, YouTuber KateMcKinnonTV has created a fun, 4 minute super-cut of moments where SNL actors are desperately trying hold in laughs and not break character, and it is just as incredible and funny to watch as it sounds
There are a lot of moments from 2000s-2010s SNL, but also some older moments as well, with Bill Hader, Kate McKinnon, and of course Jimmy Fallon making a lot of appearances.
The most throwback moment is definitely David Spade and Christine Applegate trying to hide their laughter at Chris Farley’s Matt Foley character. However regardless of who is laughing, you really can’t blame them.
Just imagining trying to deliver funny lines with a straight face to these comedy greats has us cracking up! It is also really fun to see what actors try to work the laugh into their performance, who just let’s their laughter sit in the open, and who literally can’t control themselves.
So take a look at this fun, giggly highlight reel and try not to smile, we dare you! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rVtziVj2quQ&t=269
