Could your Myers-Briggs personality type help you shop for skin care products? While you probably know your skin type, do you know your Myers-Briggs type? The psychological assessment uses a variety of questions to determine a person’s personality type. There are 16 types, and it’s really fascinating to figure out which one you are.

Personality often dictates habits, which in turn affect one’s skin. Conscientious types like ESFJ are probably more likely to stay hydrated, while the excitable ENFP’s might not get their eight hours of beauty rest. INTJ’s will take it upon themselves to figure out exactly how to solve a skin problem, and INFP’s will forever be searching for harmony and balance in their skin regime.
