You can finally go on a cruise that visits all seven continents, but it’ll cost you more than a year’s salary
Ever wanted to travel around the entire world? This intercontinental cruise is your wildest dream come to life. Introducing Silversea’s luxury Legends of Cruising experience, the very first cruise with stops on all seven continents. The trip will begin January 6th, 2020, taking off from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. That only gives you a little under two years to make sure your passport is in order, which is plenty of time, but we recommend you don’t wait until the last minute.
The 140-day excursion is now taking reservations, and you might want to hop on board ASAP because the passenger ship only holds 382 people. Silversea issued a press release earlier this month outlining the cruise ship’s itinerary, which will start by making its way down the Caribbean and then to Brazil, Uruguay, and Argentina.
After that, the cruise ship sails to Antarctica with a trip alongside the coast of Chile to follow, before the Oceania leg begins. That will include stops at Easter Island, French Polynesia, Tonga, Fiji, Vanuatu, and Australia. Asia is up next, with visits to Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand, then Sri Lanka, India, Oman, and Jordan.
Unfortunately, there won’t be much exploring in Africa, because there’s only time allotted for Egypt, but customers will get the opportunity to travel through the Suez Canal to get to Europe. From there, the ports of Italy, Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom, and Norway will be explored prior to the conclusion of the adventure in Amsterdam.
As expected, this is an all-inclusive cruise trip that includes top-of-the-line amenities, such as round-trip, business-class airfare, $4,000 spending money per suite, unlimited WiFi, a parka, medical services, visa packages if needed, and more.
