Raw Generation Soup Cleanse, $89.99 with 70% off discount code

Raw Generation

I’ve been a big fan of Raw Generation’s pressed juices for a while now, mainly because not only are they healthy but their flavors actually TASTE DELICIOUS (which for me, is hugely important in a pressed juice). So when I had the chance to try their latest launch, a soup cleanse, I was very intrigued. Now, while you can do the plant-based soups as a cleanse, you can also just have them as a healthy meal option instead of a doing a cleanse—which is what I did. I also offered the flavors to other editors in the offices, and they were a huge hit with everyone. My personal favorite is the mango, green onion, coconut and turmeric flavor. I had it chilled one day and then warmed it up for lunch another day. I love how all the flavors can be served either hot or cold. I also was a big fan of the carrot, ginger, cashew, nutmeg, cinnamon soup. I was shocked at how robust in flavor and filling they all were; these aren’t your basic, run-of-the-mill soups. The ones I wasn’t able to finish I just popped in the freezer so I could thaw and enjoy on another day. Look, cleanses can be pretty daunting, but I’d say this is one of the most accessible ones I’ve ever tried. And it tasted damn delicious.

Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes 4-in-1 Mascara, $23

Let’s get this out of the way: I’m not a fan of the packaging for this Tarte mascara. It reminds me of an alligator skin purse my aunt had in the ’90s. But don’t judge a makeup product by its packaging, guys. This mascara is officially one of my favorites — it lengthens and gives even, clump-free volume. I’m a fan.

Gretchen Christine Vegan Embroidered Wallet, $79

Gretchen Christine

Associate Beauty Editor Alyssa alerted me to this pretty handbag brand, Gretchen Christine. I’m in the market for a new wallet (mine is torn to shreds and is not looking cute anymore), and this floral embroidered one caught my eye. It’s vegan, too!
