Ellis Brooklyn Myth Holographic Gift Set, $115

Ellis Brooklyn

Ellis Brooklyn is a brand that takes scent to entirely new heights. And as an English major, I have a special place in my heart for their products, because they are literary-themed. “Myth” is one of my personal favorite scents, and this gift set is equal parts Victorian novel and sci-fi Netflix series. The holographic clutch is so cool and futuristic-looking, and the “Myth” eau de parfum and body milk have this enchanting jasmine petal and tiger orchid scent that makes me feel like I’m in a field of flowers reading pastoral poetry, far, far from a wifi connection. It’s the perfect mix of past and present.

Rodial Vit C Brightening Mask, $85

Rodial

When it comes to skin care products, I always look for ones that proclaim to “brighten,” especially during months like March when my skin has been taking a winter beating for a while and is feeling a little dull. I tried Rodial’s new brightening mask after a week of staying out later than I meant to (and drinking more wine than I meant to). My face was in dire need of some TLC. This mask has a super lightweight gel formula, making it easy to apply evenly and smoothly (something I look for in a mask). I left it on for about 15 minutes, and afterward not only did my skin look immediately brighter but it just FELT cleaner and smoother. All that dullness I had before just somehow vanished and my skin felt the clearest it has in weeks. Never underestimate the power of vitamin C.

Capri Blue ‘Gilded Muse Collection’ Candle, $39

Nordstrom

Capri Blue has been one of my favorite candle brands for a long time. Whenever I walk into a boutique where they’re sold, I go straight for the display and smell them. They have the best scents (bright and robust, but never overpowering), and their containers are so pretty — the two main things I look for in a candle. This “Grapefruit and Prosecco” scent makes me feel like I’m having a champagne breakfast in bed at a 5-star hotel in Paris.

Stacy’s Parmesan Garlic Pita Chips, $3

Target

Stacy’s pita chips are LIFE. I could eat them plain or with hummus or garlic dip, and I will eat an entire bag unless someone physically stops me. If you’re having an Oscars party this weekend, this will be a no-brainer party pleaser.

Ted Baker Scallop Collar Sweater, $209

Nordstrom

I will never get over the black sweater with white collar, Wednesday Addams style. Deputy Editor Emily Popp/my co-Want/Need partner in crime has perfected this look, and I just want to copy her all the time. This Ted Baker sweater is a bit pricey, but the quality (and the scalloped collar!) makes it totally worth it. There are only a few sizes left, so grab while you can!
