The sustainable shoe brand you, your friends, and practically every celeb in Hollywood is head over heels with just launched something new. Meet the Tree Dasher, Allbirds’ first-ever foray into the running world. But don’t be fooled, even though the label is technically deeming this light-as-air trainer a running sneaker, it’s suitable for a bunch of other things, too, like a walk around your block with your dog, a fast-paced grocery trip, or a deep-cleaning session in your house.

The sneaker’s name basically sums up its ethos. The Tree Dasher is made from, well, trees, setting it apart from most other performance designs that tend to rely on plastic. The game-changing upper uses FSC® Certified eucalyptus—much like the label’s cult-favorite Tree Runners—resulting in a carbon-neutral kick that’s lightweight and breathable. Translation: You’ll be so quick on your feet, thanks to an airy design that won’t slow you down mid-stride.

Other standouts of this sustainable running sneaker include the brand’s signature sugarcane sole that’s been “optimized for cushion, stability, and energy return,” according to the product description, and a wool heel lining that provides extra hold. Some new features? A removable castor-bean sockliner that offers additional arch support and the fact that they’re available in half sizes, further allowing you to find that perfect fit.

The sneaker, which retails for $125, is available in four colors, including a soft blue, a pretty pastel green, a light red, and a classic black, and it is officially shoppable now. But a fair warning to shoppers: We’re betting that the kicks will be sold out by the end of day, so it’d be wise to add to cart sooner rather than later.

It’s only a matter of time until Allbirds’ newest kicks crop up in the celeb street-style scene—the question is which A-lister fan will be the first to sport them? Will it be Sarah Jessica Parker? Courteney Cox? Jessica Alba? Place your bets, stay tuned, and shop Hollywood’s next “It” sneaker below.
