Shilpa Shetty and Baba Ramdov just posted what might be the best yoga video of all time

Actress Shilpa Shetty isn’t only known for her awesome acting talents in Bollywood, but also for her crazy dedication to fitness. So naturally, she’d pair up with yoga guru Baba Ramdov for a yoga sesh. But although yoga is known for its spiritual zen, the whole thing just left the Internet totally cracking up.

Shetty went to Ramdev’s five-day yoga camp in Mumbai, and when Ramdev called her on stage to have her show off a few moves, hilarity ensued. We’re talking a serious lack of coordination, a crouching photographer, and a kinda strange and awkward jumping / hopping thing that definitely didn’t seem much like yoga.

Like, you just can’t help but chuckle a little bit. And, naturally, the Internet immediately was ALL OVER this.
