Shia LaBeouf talks about what marriage is ACTUALLY like
We don’t often here a ton from Shia LaBeouf, but LaBeouf recently shared his outlook after marrying Mia Goth, and we’re genuinely super intrigued.
LaBeouf married longtime girlfriend Goth this past October, which means by our calculations they’re still very much in the warm and gooey newlywed stage…but that doesn’t make us melt any less when we heard what he had to say.
We’ve all heard the idea that once you tie the knot, nothing will ever be the same. You’ll be “tied down,” you won’t have any fun, you’ll instantly become boring…all that kinda scary stuff. But LaBeouf’s experience has been overwhelmingly positive so far.
"It's better on the other side. I've been lied to my whole life. You always hear these people who are all cynical, like, 'Ah, man, once you get married everything changes. But for the better though!"
This December will be their first holiday season as a married couple, and they’replanning to have lots of fun with it. Specifically, they’re going to create new traditions, and make sure all their loved ones are involved.
"I'm about to create some new ones [traditions]. My mom will be involved, her mom will be involved…I'll probably have to do Hanukkah and Christmas and Kwanza and the whole nine."
life is wonderful

LOVE IT! Shia LaBeouf — the same guy who watched all his movies in one sitting and hitchhiked around the country using random Twitter followers for transport — is a dedicated family man and committed husband.
We wish the happy couple all the best as they continue their love story, and make lots of (super fun, not lame) married memories to cherish.
