Shay Mitchell absolutely SLAYS cover of “Self” magazine and shares ~this~ inspiring message
Pretty Little Liars star and winner of the genetic lottery Shay Mitchell ALWAYS looks so freaking beautiful — seriously, have you ever seen a bad picture of her? We triple-dog-dare you to find one, because we’re 100% sure that it doesn’t exist!
The 29-year old actress posted a photo of the cover she shot for the November issue of Self magazine on Instagram and holy guacamole, does she look FIERCE!
Not only is she absolutely smoking hot in the current issue (out now!), the brunette bombshell shared ~this~ inspiring message about shooting the fabulous cover:
"This cover isn't just a cover," she wrote. "It was an honest eye opener about lifestyle vs. diet. Pizza in moderation vs. pizza erryday...Prepping for this cover made me feel STRONG, and healthy and that if I really set my goals to do something and followed through, I would see result and I definitely did. I will always be the girl that can get in some exercise and NOT feel guilty about eating a slice(s) of pizza or a scoop(s) of ice cream -- it's all in moderation!"
PREACH IT, SISTA!
The Pretty Little Liars actress also shared another important message to her fans in her interview with the magazine.
"My generation realizes you can be multihyphenated. You don't have to stay in a box. Just because you started off in one industry doesn't mean you can't jump into another one. I wouldn't say that acting is a stepping-stone, per se. But it's another step in the direction of where I want to go. The message I'm trying to put out there is that you can do whatever you want to do, and if I'm going to say that, I need to do it myself. If I want to become a singer and drop a single next month, I'm going to do that," she said.
