Pretty Little Liars actress Shay Mitchell looked gorgeous in blue eyeliner at her Smashbox collaboration brunch this week. Seriously, we’re in love with her blue-eyed look and need to recreate it ASAP.
On Wednesday, Mitchell celebrated the launch of her Smashbox “Color Shot Palette” collection, which is in stores now, with a festive brunch in California. Of course when she attended the beauty event she looked stunning. It’s her beautiful eye look however that we still can’t get over.
"COLOR 💋," makeup artist Patrick Ta captioned a sexy photo of the PLL actress before the event.

Mitchell shared more pictures of her from the event and her blue eye makeup paired with her white ensemble is like looking at the perfect winter wonderland style.
PS: The Canadian actress’s bright red pout perfectly compliments her blue liner. It’s like an ode to America, but by accident, which we love.

The event took place at Georgie’s restaurant in Los Angeles and the table settings were to-die for.
Seriously, we could eat at this place forever and never stop freaking out over the decor.
