Shailene Woodley looks completely different now with dyed black hair and bangs
There’s nothing we love more than when one of our favorite celebrities shows off a jaw-dropping new hair change up, so we are pretty much freaking out over Shailene Woodley, who just debuted new dark hair…like seriously dark, and super blunt bangs.
Woodley is definitely something of a hair chameleon, changing up her look relatively often — and we love that about her. As of last spring, Woodley was rocking beach blonde hair, looking every inch the cool California girl she is.
But this week, she stepped out in her most dramatic look yet, showing off pin-straight onyx black locks, complete with the chicest of blunt bangs. Back in January, the Big Little Lies star showed up to Paris Fashion Week still sporting her sunny blonde shade, but it seems she was ready for a major change up.
According to StyleCaster, Woodley attended the Made Up Stories launch dinner in Los Angeles on Wednesday, March 21st, and while it looks like she had tons of fun with some celeb pals, we can’t get over her bold new tresses.

Woodley was on hand to support film producer Bruna Papandrea, who founded Made Up Stories and served as executive producer on Big Little Lies. Made Up Stories is Papandrea’s second production company, and she co-founded Pacific Standard in 2012 with Woodley’s costar Reese Witherspoon.
Woodley also hung out with Zoe Kravitz and pal Isla Fisher, and needless to say, we’re experiencing major FOMO right now.

No word yet if the new hair is for a role or just for fun, but we do know that she’s already back in Big Little Lies mode, showing off Jane’s signature brunette mane on Instagram last week. Witherspoon recently revealed that Season 2 began filming on March 16th, so maybe Woodley’s new look has something to do with a new development in the character’s life…
Unfortunately, we’ll have to wait patiently to find out, because Season 2 isn’t expected to air until sometime in 2019. In the meantime, more pics, please!
