Just Sesame Street characters, photobombing children and cracking us up
Cutest. Thing. Ever.
On Thursday, comedy maven Jimmy Fallon had some very special guests on The Tonight Show in a “Celebrity Photobomb” segment: all our favorite characters from Sesame Street. The Count was not the one counting this time as a photographer did so—three… two… one…—having kids smile. Little did they know that Elmo, The Count, and Big Bird (of course) were photobombing them. It can’t get any cuter than mixing the characters’ cuteness with the kids’ and Fallon’s.
We <3 this pic.
We love how unsuspecting the kids are…
And when Fallon, in all seriousness, suggests, “Let’s do the quintuple hoagie” and the characters all gasp, it’s ROFL all the way.
And, naturally no Sesame Street photo shoot is complete without Big Bird.

If you’re wondering how to get to Sesame Street these days, Season 46 (!!) premieres on HBO today at 9:00 a.m. (ET/PT), followed by another episode at 9:30 a.m. (ET/PT). For subsequent Saturdays, a new episode will air at 9:00 a.m., followed by a repeat one.
How is this Sesame Street different than the one we grew up with? Well, aside from no longer being made via public funding, the shows will be shorter and the cast more diverse. There will also be new opening and closing songs and preschool-relevant topics. And it’ll still air on PBS after nine months.
For more Jimmy Fallon—and who wouldn’t want that?!—you can always check him out on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, weeknights on NBC at 11:35 p.m. ET.
