Selena Gomez has a secret Snapchat filter, and here’s how you can find it

We’ve got great news for Selenators. There’s a custom Snapchat filter, in honor of Selena Gomez’s latest song “Fetish.” And things are getting peachy.

The pop singer debuted “Fetish” in July, with a follow-up music video earlier this month, and we cannot get enough. Gomez took to Twitter to instruct fans on how to get the exclusive Snapchat filter, created in partnership with Shazam. In the tweet, she explains that in order to unlock the filter, you must first be listening to “Fetish.”

Then, you open Snapchat and press and hold the camera screen, which will activate the new filter.

To mirror the aesthetic of the music video, a dreamscape of sorts directed by Petra Collins, the filter is an image of a peach. The fruit is seen at various points during the video, which depicts Gomez in a state of disarray. (Including scenes of her eating a tube of lipstick and a bar of soap.)

The video was intended to have horror movie vibes, as Gomez shared in a joint interview with Collins.

“I made it very clear to you that I didn’t see ‘Fetish’ how most people know the word," Gomez said. "When most people hear the word ‘Fetish,’ they think of S&M and all that sexual shit, but you didn’t. You knew why I loved it. You told me, ‘I think this song is about love. Something crazy and complicated.’ I wanted the video to be contextualized."

The filter builds upon her robust social media presence. Gomez is one of the most followed celebrities on Instagram, and an active user of Snapchat. As Teen Vogue notes, she uses Snapchat regularly to do Q&A sessions or share glimpses at her latest projects.

So go check it out on Snapchat to get your fetish on.
