Selena Gomez has a curly bob and bangs in a new photo for Rare Beauty
Selena Gomez just debuted a rare new look, and we’re loving it. The singer is known to switch up her hairstyles frequently, but lately she’s been donning a lob that really suits her. Yesterday, however, she shortened the lob to a bob haircut, and she added dramatic curls and piecey fringe into the mix.
The singer posted three selfies to her Instagram yesterday, February 10th, with no caption, and TBH, none was necessary. The curly bob and piecey bangs spoke for themselves.
The only tidbit of info Gomez gave us about her new look was that it has something to do with her new beauty line, Rare Beauty. She tagged the brand’s Instagram account, which already has 1.1 million followers in less than a week. Rare Beauty also posted the photo to its account, so we’re taking a wild guess that the subtle peach lip and shimmery gold eyeshadow that Gomez is wearing are upcoming products from the line. Our fingers are crossed that they are because that lip is killer.
It’s the first photo that has appeared on Rare Beauty’s Instagram feed. The only other three posts are text announcements about the brand launch and quotes about Gomez’s vision behind the makeup. However, it’s not the first time the singer has showed off her natural curls. Back in September 2019, Gomez posted a photo of her then-longer hair in all its curly glory.
Rare Beauty is launching at Sephora during summer 2020, but this sneak peek into the brand direction is exciting indeed. We can’t wait for more glimpses into Rare Beauty, and we’re hoping that Gomez’s curly bob sticks around for a while.
