Selena Gomez has us ready to bulk order colored contacts
If you’ve somehow missed the barrage of social media posts, last night was the Victoria’s Secret fashion show and it seems that things went off without a hitch. Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid made their debut as Angels, The Weeknd and Selena Gomez performed and oh! Selena Gomez wore blue/hazel contacts that we’re now totally coveting.
The singer, who performed at the show, looked fab (of course) and rocked a gorg Louis Vuitton dress designed by Nicolas Ghesquiere. Also, no one has ever rocked a blinged-out choker with such conviction. Her makeup was glowing, her hair celestial. The finishing touch, though, was a pair of blue contact lenses. They transformed her eyes from a rich brown to a shimmery blueish-gray hue, and we’re totally in love.
The colored contacts are subtle, but so fun. She’s channeling the playfully elegant look that ladies like Emilia Clarke, Emily Blunt, and Zooey Deschanel totally rock. Of course, Selena looks beautiful with brown eyes too but it’s fun to change up your fashion and we love seeing this playful addition by Selena. We’re also taking notes. Maybe colored contacts are the accessory that’s been missing from our lives!
