We just got a closer look at Selena Gomez’s new bangs in an adorable new video

Just yesterday, Selena Gomez went and surprised us with bangs in a photo on hairstylist Marissa Marino’s Instagram. While there was some speculation that they might just be clip-ons (bangs are a huge commitment, after all), Selena showed them off Wednesday night in all their piece-y glory in a Snapchat video she later posted on Instagram.

“No big deal,” she says in the video. “Just, like, in the Coke offices.” As Selena spins around to show off her newest campaign with the soda company, we get a good look at her bangs, and can officially say they’re what we’ll all be asking for this summer.

This time of year is often when we try to switch up our look. According to Marissa, who spoke to Cosmopolitan.com, Selena wanted a “fun edgier look” for the warmer months and there’s no way the most followed person on Instagram could change her signature locks without the world totally freaking out.

Luckily, her bangs look amazing — even though we’re pretty sure Selena would look perfect with whatever style she chose. The singer is #hairgoals to the max, and we can’t wait to see more of how she rocks this look, and hopefully our own summer chops will be just as amazing.
