Selena Gomez has already heard Taylor Swift’s new album, and here’s her review

Being close friends with Taylor Swift has its perks. Buddy Selena Gomez has already heard Swift’s new album, and she thinks fans won’t be disappointed.

Gomez dished about Reputation, which comes out November 10th, during an interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music.

She said that Swift let her hear the new album during a personal meet-up and noted that it’s pretty fantastic. In her words, “Would you expect any less, are you kidding me?”

"I obviously love her so much and want her to do what she does and she's killing it," Gomez said. "It's everything you would want and more so...very proud, and obviously a major fan."

Not only does Gomez love Reputation (and Swift) but she also noted that her friend’s music inspires her own. Gomez recently stated that she has two albums worth of music ready to go — and she just released her new single with Marshmello, called “Wolves,” yesterday.

"It's really cool to surround yourself with people and be involved with people who are inspiring and changing the way that they dictate what they love, whether that's acting or music, and she's one of those people who continue to do that," Gomez noted.

While we’re excited to check out the album regardless, it’s nice knowing that Gomez gave it her seal of approval.

Since both musicians have released some of the catchiest singles in the recent years, we have no doubt that Gomez knows a hit album when she hears one.
