Sasha Obama and Joe Biden’s granddaughter apparently went on a Miami vacation together, and yes, we’re jealous
Saying goodbye to the Obama presidency has been pretty overwhelming for us, so we can’t even imagine all the emotions his family is feeling right now. As we know, Obama’s daughter Malia cried during his farewell address, while Sasha actually skipped it altogether to study for her exams. Well, gotta do what you gotta do!
And if you’re wondering where she is now, we have good news. Sasha Obama enjoyed a Miami girls’ weekend with Joe Biden’s granddaughter Maisy. Jealous, much?!
Turns out they’ve been good friends for a while, and play basketball together regularly. And they welcomed the new year by hanging out on the beach in their bikinis, soaking up the beautiful sunshine.

Sounds like…a perfect way to relax and digest all the changes that are happening (remember Sasha and Malia’s first visit to the White House? Awww… times a changin’).
Of course, Sasha was snapped by photographers during her beach vacay, dressed down in an oversized shirt and baseball cap featuring Drake’s OvO symbol. Drake even reposted one of the photos and captioned it, “Style Popper.”
We have to agree that her style does POP, and it’s not the first time she’s wowed us; just last month Sasha had the coolest winter style at the White House tree lighting. Damn, girl!
We hope that Sasha and Maisy had a wonderful time on their trip, and we look forward to more stories of their BFF adventures. Anytime, guys.
