Sarah Michelle Gellar’s tribute to Shannen Doherty is melting our hearts
When you’re fighting your way through life’s toughest challenges, having good friends by your side can make all the difference. That’s why Sarah Michelle Gellar’s recent tribute to her dear friend Shannen Doherty, who is battling cancer, touched us so deeply.
In an Instagram post this week, Gellar wrote,
“My #mondaymuse (and really every day #muse) is my brave friend @theshando. I’ve always said she is one of the most loyal friends I’ve ever known, and now while she is facing the toughest journey of her life, she is sharing it with friends she has never met in the hopes of helping other people who are going through the same struggle. That’s a true friend #FuckCancer”
Gellar and Doherty have been friends for years, supporting each other at weddings, baby showers and everything in between.
