Sarah Hyland’s new “Dirty Dancing” look is our everything
It hasn’t been that long since we all fawned over Sarah Hyland’s short, darker hairdo, but the Modern Family star has already unveiled a whole new look. Sarah took to Instagram to show off her long extensions, courtesy of Nine Zero One Salon — the hair magicians who have been giving glam makeovers to everyone from Julianne Hough to Vanessa Hudgens.
In the caption, Sarah wrote, “Say hello to Lisa Houseman,” complete with a dancing lady emoji, revealing the new hairstyle to be part of her upcoming role in the Dirty Dancing remake. Sarah plays Lisa, the older, more confident sister of main character Frances “Baby” Houseman. Here’s Sarah next to Jane Brucker, who played Lisa in the original 1987 film.
Abigail Breslin, who is playing Baby, recently dyed her hair from blonde to brown to get into the role.
According to Entertainment Weekly, the upcoming television remake will also include Debra Messing, Nicole Scherzinger, Katey Sagal, Colt Prattes and Shane Harper.
