Sarah Hyland just covered a Maroon 5 song and it obviously slays
As if we needed anymore confirmation that she totally slays, now Sarah Hyland has covered Maroon 5 and, well, it totally slays!
When Sarah Hyland isn’t giving us major fashion inspo (seriously, there are so many amazing looks that we’re indexing them all to try), changing up her hair, or making us cry with laughter on Modern Family, it seems that the 25-year-old star also has some great singing pipes.
Earlier this month, Sarah teamed up with popular YouTube band Boyce Avenue to perform a cover of The Chainsmokers and Halsey’s “Closer” and basically the whole thing went viral.

Well, now Sarah Hyland and Boyce Avenue have shared another cover song and it’s incredible.
Lending their talents to another Top 40 track, Sarah and the boys in Boyce Avenue tried their hand at Maroon 5’s current smash “I Don’t Wanna Know.” Stripping things back to just an acoustic guitar and two singers, Sarah really showcases her voice and there’s a beautiful simplicity to the video that we just can’t get enough of.

Doesn’t Sarah just sound wonderful, and we’re so in love with her casual ripped jeans and loose fitting top look.
What’s more, Sarah and Boyce Avenue’s cover got some love from Maroon 5 themselves.

"Awesome work," the band wrote on Twitter.
Indeed, Maroon 5 front man and The Voice coach Adam Levine also shared his support of the cover on Faceboo.
"When a cover is done right," he wrote.
Amazing! Thank you @adamlevine @maroon5 ! We've been fans of yours since Songs About Jane. #DontWannaKnow @Sarah_Hyland pic.twitter.com/iDp4YDS7Gx

"Amazing! Thank you @adamlevine @maroon5 !" Boyce Avenue replied. "We've been fans of yours since Songs About Jane. #DontWannaKnow @Sarah_Hyland."
Aww, it’s so nice to see all of them supporting each other.
Speaking to Sweety High, Boyce Avenue explained why they picked that specific Maroon 5 song.
"'Don't Wanna Know' instantly grabbed our attention when we heard it," said lead singer Alejandro Manzano. "We felt we would be able to give it a nice acoustic spin, especially with Sarah's vocals to help differentiate it from the original and give the lyrics a new meaning by adding her perspective."
Tbh, we couldn’t agree more. MORE COVERS PLEASE SARAH HYLAND x BOYCE AVENUE!
