Sam Hunt serenaded his fiancé with the song he wrote about her at the ACM Awards, and that’s #couplegoals af

I know, I know. We’re all a little sad that country music heartthrob Sam Hunt is officially off the market now that he’s engaged to long-time love Hannah Lee Fowler. He’s kind of the total package, right? But, regardless, we still think you’ll LOVE this video of Hunt serenading fiancé Hannah mid-performance at the Academy of Country Music Awards last night. Not only is Sam adorable, but Hannah’s reaction is priceless. More of this please, Sam.

So, backstory: Sam and Hannah have been pretty quiet about their relationship. Before his performance last night, Hunt said in an interview with Entertainment Tonight that this was Hannah’s first red carpet with him! So, she wasn’t used to all of this attention.

He elaborates:

“This change of lifestyle happened when the two of us weren’t dating and together,” Sam told Entertainment Tonight. “So, I’ve been introducing her to my new life a little bit at a time over the last 6 months. This is a big leap compared to some of the small steps we have taken so far, so I hope she enjoys it, it’s a radical change for sure, but she is optimistic and I am proud that she is out here with me.”

Aww, cute.

SO. At the ACM’s, Hunt performed his recent hit single “Body Like a Back Road,” which he wrote for Hannah (because he loves her and because her body is actually incredible). Look:

While Hannah is just chilling in the audience, Hunt decides to thoroughly embarrass her in the cutest way possible by walking over and singing the song directly to her. You can see that she goes through an interesting mix of emotions, from “no, please,” to, “omg, okay, I guess this is happening,” to, “aww, I love you so this isn’t so bad.”

Check it out:

The precious duo are planning on getting married in a few weeks, although Hunt was understandably cryptic about the details. He chose the adjectives “intimate” and “hometown” to describe the vibe and also said, “We’re both kind of introverted people for the most part, so we don’t like celebrating ourselves too much…It’s more to celebrate the union of marriage than it is each other.”

HOW CUTE ARE THEY?

We hope the wedding is perfect, you lovebirds!
