Sabrina Carpenter Debuts Tiny New Tattoo—Her First!
She's serving up vintage Britney vibes galore.
If quarantine (or just the general vibe of 2020) has you trying new things in the beauty department—like getting a new tattoo—you’re far from alone. Sabrina Carpenter just debuted her first tattoo on Instagram, and it feels fully inspired by your fave Britney Spears song.
Carpenter showed off her fresh ink on December 17th, a stunning script font reading “lucky” tucked just below her hairline on the back of her neck. The tat was done by celeb tattoo guru Dr. Woo, whose list of famous clientele is so long, it’s practically dizzying. You’ve probably spotted his signature style—slim lines usually in black ink—on the likes of fellow Disney alums Miley Cyrus, Hilary Duff, and Demi Lovato, as well as Cara Delevingne, Hailey Bieber, and so many others.
“Baby’s first !! imma lucky girl,” Carpenter captioned the pic of her new ink, thanking Dr. Woo for creating her artwork. Though she didn’t reveal the inspiration behind the tattoo, we low-key like to think she was inspired by the 2000 pop classic of the same name, which continues to remain on repeat in our hearts and on our playlists—even if Carpenter was barely a year old when it came out. (Gulp!)
Here’s hoping she loves her new addition as much as we do, and that she’ll continue to show it off on the ‘gram. And if you’re inspired to make a beauty change à la Carpenter as we remain in quarantine, you have our complete support—there’s no better time than the present to try something new.
